Executive Coaching and Leadership Development
Across Your Entire Organization

For CEOs, HR leaders, and growing organizations, the leadership gap usually isn’t talent. It’s not having one place to turn when a leader at any level needs support. Crestline Leadership Alliance is that one place, an alliance of senior executive coaches and advisors connected through one relationship, so your whole organization moves in the same direction.

The Right Fit … Custom-Designed

How a Crestline engagement works

The Crestline Engagement Design Process™

Every engagement begins with one guiding question:
“Who is the right person, or combination of people, to help this client succeed?”

01 . Discover

We start with a confidential conversation about your organization’s priorities, challenges, and the outcomes you’re committed to achieving. Nothing gets recommended until we understand what you’re actually facing.

Our Engagement Design Team reviews what we’ve learned in the Discovery process and determines the right service offering and the right Crestline Professional, or combination of professionals, to achieve our shared goals.

Your dedicated Client Relationship Executive becomes the primary point of contact for service delivery, drawing on the full alliance whenever specialized expertise can accelerate your results.

As your priorities shift, your engagement shifts with them, always measured against our shared goals. Your Client Relationship Executive remains the steward of this ongoing process.

How we measure coaching progress and results

Every Crestline engagement includes a real plan for defining, measuring, and communicating impact, not just delivering the work and hoping it lands.

No two engagements measure success the same way. Early on, we agree with you on what progress actually looks like: clear objectives, the metrics that matter most for your situation, and how often we’ll check in. From there, we track it together, through milestones, feedback from the people around your leaders, and before-and-after comparisons where they’re useful. Not everything that matters shows up in a number. Real shifts in how someone leads, decides, and communicates count just as much as the metrics do, and we watch for both.

Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Services

Six ways we help. One alliance behind all of them.

Most organizations come to us with a problem, not a plan. Bring us the problem. We will help you decide where to begin.

Executive coaching

One to one executive coaching and leadership coaching for CEOs, C-suite executives, senior leaders, and the high potential emerging leaders you are counting on next. For the leader navigating growth, complexity, or transition who is making significant decisions on a daily basis and who has a relentless desire to maximize their influence and impact.

Leadership development

Leadership development programs and leadership training that build leadership capability at every level, plus support through leadership transitions and succession. Built around practicing new behavior in the real work, then coming back to examine what happened. Practicing between sessions changes a leader.

Team development

Coaching and facilitation for leadership teams, team dynamics, high performance systems, human resources best practices and executive team alignment. For the group that is pulling in different directions, or the departments that are frustrated with each other and too busy to fix it.

Personal development

Communication excellence, executive presence, and the mental and physical performance habits that support it, including public speaking, story development, stress management, mental toughness, and health and nutrition for peak performance. For the leader whose thinking is strong and whose delivery, resilience, or energy is holding them back.

Business development

Sales, marketing and business development strategy, and the leadership behavior required to execute it when the market has moved and the old approach has not caught up. Every leader up, down and across the organization is a stakeholder and contributor to sales and business development.

Strategy facilitation

Strategic planning facilitation and guidance and support in business strategy development, working with the senior leadership team. Helping the CEO and senior leaders set an inspiring and impactful path forward for the organization.

Every Crestline advisor has built and leads their own independent practice. When you engage Crestline, you work with a senior practitioner, and you benefit from the alliance behind them.

How executive coaching changes a leader

Leadership development is easy to buy and sometimes hard to see. Here is what our coaches watch happen in the leaders they work with.

They become less reactive

They can sit in a difficult meeting or a frustrating conversation, stay curious, and listen, instead of saying something they spend the next week undoing.

More questions of their team, fewer verdicts. People who are asked feel respected, and people who feel respected do better work.

Not because someone told them to, but because they finally trust the process they built.

The leader who kept quiet to avoid rocking the boat starts bringing prepared thinking to the table, and the people above them notice.

They can speak without one hundred percent certainty and without the loop of self-criticism afterward. They know what a win feels like, so they keep trying things.

Attrition slows. Departments that were working around each other start working together, because each one finally understands why the other one matters. Individual, team, and organizational goals are consistently achieved.

Diverse business leaders discussing executive coaching in modern office

In their words

Our clients are protective of the fact that they work with a coach, and we protect that. We will connect you with a reference directly when you are evaluating us.

The Crestline client promise

We ask and we listen before we recommend

We develop our proposals once we fully understand your organization and the issues you're identifying. Discovery always comes first.

You get the wisdom of the full Alliance

Your Crestline team reflects the combined wisdom and experience of the entire Alliance.

One relationship, fully accountable

Your Client Relationship Executive owns the outcomes you seek. They stay fully accountable as your organization evolves, so you stay focused on leading and achieving your business goals and objectives.

We can tell you “not us”

Part of our process is determining whether Crestline is the right partner for your needs. This means when we say yes, it's because we're completely confident we can help.

Excellence, measured by results

Success is measured by the lasting value we create. We help leaders build stronger organizations, healthier cultures, more capable leadership teams, and enduring legacies. We deliver measurable results.

What's said here stays here

What is discussed in a coaching relationship stays there, so leaders can be candid without professional risk. Client confidentiality is a core tenet of our work.

Not every result shows up as a number, real improvements in leadership, decision-making, and communication count too.

What is your next Crest?

Tell us what you are trying to reach. We will tell you honestly whether we can help you get there, including when the answer is no.
